Australian Lamb is an excellent source of protein for young or active dogs. Lamb is packed with essential amino acids and is a great source of dietary fats which help sustain energy. It also contains a rich natural source of vitamin B which are necessary for maintaining a healthy immune and nervous system and a normal metabolism. The natural source of iron in lamb assists in normal cell function and oxygen transport and the zinc content helps support the immune system. Lamb is a rich source of omega-3 fatty acids including ALA (alpha linolenic acid), an essential fatty acid with multiple benefits including supporting a health of skin and coat, and omega-6 fatty acids , including CLA. CLA provides immune regulatory support, increases lean muscle mass, increases bone mass and mineralisation, and may assist with blood sugar regulation.

An excellent source of omega-3 fatty acids, particularly DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) and EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid). These fatty acids support brain development, promote healthy skin and coat, reduce inflammation, and support heart health.

Carrots are very high in carotene antioxidants, dietary fibre, potassium, provitamin A, vitamin B6, K1 and biotin. Carrots have been linked to lowering cholesterol levels. Essential phytonutrients may protect eyes from free-radical damage and UVB radiation to improve eye health.

Flaxseed Oil is high in alpha linolenic Omega 3s, which can assist cardiovascular health, soothe itchy skin, reduce hair loss and support healthy skin repair. Flaxseed Oil also helps with mobility for arthritic dogs, and can aid in blood pressure and kidney function.
