Functional Proteins

Beef

Beef is a fantastic protein source packed with essential vitamins and minerals. Its rich amino acid profile makes it an excellent source of essential nutrients.
Beef is also high in iron, healthy fats, zinc, selenium, and vitamins B12, B3, and B6, which are beneficial for maintaining a healthy heart, skin, and coat, promoting overall well-being.

Boar

Ideal for pets with food allergies and sensitivities, our Wild Boar is 100% Australian and ethically sourced. It is also a terrific source of Thiamin, Niacin, Vitamin B6, Zinc and Selenium, and is low in sodium. Wild boar is leaner, higher in protein with less fat and calories than domestically raised pork.

Chicken

An excellent source of energy for dogs due to its high calorie count. It also is a rich source of amino acids and omega-6 fatty acids which help promote a healthy coat and skin. Chicken is a highly digestible species appropriate protein and is an excellent source of glucosamine and calcium which supports healthy joints.

Crocodile

Australian Crocodile is an advanced novel protein which is suitable for elimination diets and food trials. Crocodile protein is naturally high in omega-3 fatty acids and is a rich source of potassium to support normal cell function and magnesium to support energy production and nerve function. Crocodile protein is a low fat, low cholesterol, high protein meat which supports heart health.

Duck

Apple Fibre

Apple Fibre is an all-natural product made from the apple pomace generated from cold pressed apples into juice. Apple fibre is a high quality source of soluble and insoluble dietary fibre. The fibre also contains B-Carotene, Vitamin A, C, Iron, Calcium and water soluble pectins.

Bamboo Fibre

An essential source of insoluble and non-fermentable fibre. It functions as a digestive system 'broom,' keeping food and waste moving through the digestive system and has a prebiotic effect, supporting healthy gut microbiota. Coconut Oil

A great source of short, medium and long chain fatty acids (SCFAs, MCFAs & LCFAs). Coconut oil can improve digestion and nutrient absorption. It can also reduce the symptoms of IBD and colitis, and can help regulate insulin.

Evening Primrose Oil 

Contains the highest available levels of gamma linolenic acid (GLA), the Omega 6 fatty acid, beneficial for skin and coat condition.

Flaxseed Oil

High in alpha linolenic Omega 3s, which can assist cardiovascular health, soothe itchy skin, reduce hair loss and support healthy skin repair. Flaxseed Oil also helps with mobility for arthritic dogs, and can aid in blood pressure and kidney function.

Ginger

Gluten

Grains, both whole and enriched, play a vital role in a healthy diet. One benefit is that they’re great sources of antioxidants, fibre, B vitamins, vitamin E, magnesium, iron and folic acid.

Honey

Honey contains many nutrients, like vitamins A, B, C, D, E, and K, along with minerals such as zinc, iron, calcium, potassium, magnesium, manganese, and copper. In its raw form, it has antifungal, antibacterial, and antimicrobial properties, along with some powerful antioxidants. All these provide many health benefits your dog can enjoy.

Minerals

Minerals are provided in the proper balance (as per AAFCO standards). Minerals work together to coordinate bodily functions including the formation of bone and cartilage, nerve and muscle function, fluid balance regulation, the transportation of oxygen in the bloodstream and hormone production.

Olive Extract

Olive extract, source of phenolic antioxidants including hydroxytyrosol, an important antioxidant to support healthy aging and reduce inflammation.

Parsley

Natural source of vitamins and minerals. Parsley shows -inflammatory and antimicrobial properties and may support healthy gums.

Potato Starch

A protein-free carbohydrate which provides an excellent source of energy for dogs.

Psyllium Husk

A fairly non-fermentable but soluble fibre. It is generally not fermented in the gut to any significant degree although some populations of microflora are able to ferment it to some degree. It can increase water flow into the ascending colon which soften stools and increases stool frequency.

Rosemary

A novel ingredient which can aid digestion, help alleviate muscle pain and boost the immune and circulatory system. Rosemary is also a good source of iron, calcium and Vitamin B6.

Seaweed Extract

Seaweed extract assists adaptive and innate immune response to help address immune gaps for pups. DHA from algae meal is important for normal cognitive development in puppies.

Sodium

Sodium is necessary in the pet’s diet in order to maintain nerve and cellular function and help prevent dehydration and inflammation. Minimum levels of sodium are required in any pet food diet (AAFCO standards) to maintain and support optimal health.

Sunflower Lecithin

Natural source of phosphatidylcholine to support healthy cell membranes, a healthy nervous system and healthy liver.

Sunflower Oil

Contains Omega 6 essential fatty acids that can assist with healthy skin, immune function, reducing inflammation, heart health, providing energy and preserving normal organ function.

Sweet Potato

High in dietary fibre and great for digestive health. They are low in fat, contain vitamins B6, C, manganese, and are high in betacarotene.

Tapioca

Tapioca is a novel and protein-free carbohydrate derived from the root of the cassava plant. It is an alternative to low-quality grains or common allergenic ingredients and provides an excellent source of energy for dogs. It also offers an excellent source of minerals, including iron, manganese, and calcium.

Turmeric

A powerful antioxidant and antiinflammatory. Turmeric has been shown to reduce arthritic symptoms and joint pain. The antiinflammatory properties aid in the treatment of gastrointestinal disorders.

Vitamins

Vitamins assist in the animal’s ability to resist disease and are an essential part of the enzyme system. Vitamins have an important role in red blood cell formation, reproduction, and assistance in maintaining appetite and a healthy skin and coat.

Whole Pumpkin

Whole Pumpkin contains an excellent source of prebiotic fibre that can assist dogs with gastrointestinal issues. Pumpkin seeds are known for the benefits to the overall urinary health of dogs. Pumpkin is high in vitamins A, C, E, and alphacarotene (a powerful antioxidant). Being high in fibre, pumpkin promotes a ‘feeling of fullness’, even if fewer calories are being consumed, which can help aid weight loss.
